Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days after they are placed. Orders placed during a break period may be delayed in the forecasted shipping period. 

Breaks

With the slight occasion, we may go on break whether it be from unforeseen circumstances or a pre-planned vacation. Orders may be delayed because of these breaks. 

US Orders

All US orders are shipped with USPS with tracking and insurance included!

International Orders

All international orders are, typically, shipped with UPS and carried on from another carrier depending on delivery location. International orders are tracked and insured, however may not receive updates once outside of the US. We, Port5Bricks, are not responsible for import fees, custom taxes, duties, or local taxes
